Autumn Cocktail Party

We were so happy to return to Kula Farm to host another cocktail party!

The farm was in full bloom with edible flowers, fresh herbs, and autumn veggies. We set up a long grazing table right next to the farm beds, and guests enjoyed a menu full of tasty morsels while the sun set. Proceeds from the event helped fund Kula’s educational programs.

Farm-Picked CruditΓ©s - english pea hummus

Mushroom Crostini - caramelized onions, micro radish

Pear Crostini - gorgonzola, crumbled walnuts, spicy honey

Flower Bombs - goat cheese, local honey, edible blossoms

Charcuterie Cones - wild boar soppressata, fresh mozzarella, seasonal fruit, olives, pepperoncini

Vichysoisse - potatoes, leeks, cream, herb oil

Day Boat Scallops - ginger carrot mousse, edible blossoms

Butternut Squash Tacos - cabbage slaw, maple-citrus vinaigrette, micro cilantro, flour tortillas
