Planning Services
Sarah of Small Shindigs will be with you every step of the way to make sure your day looks and feels perfect. By working with your vendors and performing day-of coordination, Sarah oversees all aspects of your wedding so you can enjoy your day stress-free.
Catering
Haute Feast will curate a custom wedding menu reflective of your tastes and your story as a couple. We will provide all food, mixers and garnishes, staff, and a list of suggested wine/beer/spirits to pair with your menu. Your wedding meal will be prepared on-site using the freshest, locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients.
Officiant
A qualified officiant will lead you through a custom ceremony, tailored to your religious preferences.
Florals
A selection of beautiful floral pieces, tabletop décor, and the choice of a ceremony arch or framing pieces, all created with seasonal flowers.
Photographer
You’ll have an awesome photographer for 3 hours to capture your ceremony, portraits of the two of you, as well as photos with your loved ones. After your special day, your digital gallery will be delivered to you.

Officiant
Andrea Purtell enjoys all the aspects of officiating a ceremony. From meeting the happy couple and hearing how they met (their love story), to researching and writing the ceremony, then performing the ceremony, it’s all such a happy, joyful experience. She is drawn to this work for a few reasons. First of all, let’s face it, it’s a happy job! People are happy and in love. They are filled with the excitement of starting a new chapter in their lives, and she gets to be a part of it! It is the ultimate, feel-good job. The words she gets to say during a ceremony are beautiful.
Florals
Dana is a flower farmer/florist located in Monmouth County who adheres to organic growing practices. It was her passion to have a career that gave back to the earth and in 2014, Flowers From the Farm, NJ was born. Now 5 years later while still a micro batch farm (growing small batches in many varieties) she sources florals and foliage from the field to add a unique touch to weddings and events. Her design technique is artistic in nature, utilizing texture and seasonal components to give each piece depth and unique qualities. Growing flowers is her passion and floral design is her art.
